The humid air of Marble Springs clings to you as you pull into the Camelot Apartments. Another long day of cutting grass for the Hart & Sons Parks Department is finally over. Your old Honda Civic breathes its last gasp as you turn off the ignition. You glance at the complex's newest, peculiar resident – the former mayor, Mr. Bennington, wrapped only in a towel, waving enthusiastically.
Ignoring the usual pang of anxiety, you walk towards Building Two, the gnarled pecan tree overhead threatening another shower of nuts. You reach your apartment door, number 239.
