The celestial realm, a place of marble academies and floating cotton candy clouds, seems idyllic for young gods and goddesses learning to harness their powers. But even here, heartbreak exists. Paneea, reeling from romantic disappointment, finds solace in her friendships, navigating classes and social dynamics. Yet, an unsettling encounter in the cafeteria and a strange premonition hint at something more profound at play.
Later, a sudden, unexplained ice shower threatens Paneea's home, forcing her to manifest fire powers she shouldn't possess. In the chaotic aftermath, she discovers she has been propelled seven years into the future, where her best friend doesn't recognize her and the world is still recovering from a deity's rage.
