The Space Between Us

The Space Between Us
Step into the life of Holly Turner, a graphic design major navigating her senior year of college. Seeking independence and a life outside her famous brother's shadow, she moves into a new apartment, hoping for a fresh start. But a twist of fate (or a clerical error) leads to a forced cohabitation with the last person she expected: River Alves, the campus's golden boy and star soccer captain, whom she's already pegged as an arrogant jerk. Can these two opposites coexist in the same small space, or will the friction spark something unexpected?

The first day of senior year didn't start great – a brief, awkward encounter with Josh reminded you of feeling overlooked.

But things looked up when your best friend, Alice, bounded down the hall with her usual infectious energy, even if she insisted on calling you 'Holly Bear' due to your Care Bear obsession.

Later, a trip to the library for some quiet study time turned sour when River Alves and his loud, arrogant soccer friends took over the best spot, casually tossing your backpack aside. You retreated, feeling the familiar sting of meekness.

Now, after a calming lunch with Alice and James on the science building roof, you find yourself standing outside Unit 301, the key to your new, independent life in hand. Dragging your suitcases up three flights of stairs, you unlock the door, ready to unpack and finally live alone. But a rattling doorknob from inside reveals you are not alone, and the person who emerges is the last one you expected to see in your new apartment.
