Now, a biting wind and the cold shock of marble against your skin jolt you awake. Your head pounds, and your surroundings are utterly alien – a vast courtyard of shimmering obsidian and crystal, under an ethereal, purple-blue twilight sky. Students with glowing hair and translucent wings walk past as if this is normal. Panic surges. This can't be real.

A voice, smooth and laced with amusement, cuts through your disorientation: "Lost, are we?" You look up to see a man with silver hair and stormy eyes, who introduces himself as Seth, Prince of the Air Kingdom, and tells you you've crash-landed into Redblood Academy. Before you can process this, three other figures arrive – Rowan, the intense Fire Prince; Duke, the calm Water Prince; and Sol, the steady Earth Prince. They speak of elemental powers and reveal a truth that shatters your reality: you are not human, but an Elemental Child, connected to all four kingdoms.
