The Snow Rescue

Ten years ago, on a snowy French mountain, you, Harry Smith, found a stranded and injured teenage skier, Corinne Roussel. Against your better judgment, you followed her tracks into a dangerous area and stayed with her through a freezing night until rescue arrived. You exchanged brief information and then, due to circumstances, lost touch.

Now, a decade later, walking down a street in London, a familiar gesture catches your eye. A woman outside a restaurant reminds you of the girl you rescued. Curiosity compels you to approach her, and to your astonishment, it is indeed Corinne, though now a successful actress. The reunion is immediate and charged with unspoken history. As you sit together, catching up, a large, imposing man interrupts, curtly informing Corinne that 'the boss wants you,' pulling her away and back to the restaurant. His dismissive attitude towards you and his control over Corinne leave you with a sense of unease.
