Interstellar Rebirth: Coaxing Grandpa

The aroma of dinner still lingered in the air, a comforting scent in the Qi family home. Downstairs in the living room, the rhythmic flicker of the television provided a backdrop to the quiet hum of after-dinner relaxation. Grandpa Qi, nestled on the sofa, suddenly broke the peace.
"Has An An's notice come back?" he mused aloud, a hint of anticipation in his voice. His grandson, Qi Anyang, munching on an orange, casually confirmed that yes, the university admission notice had indeed arrived days ago.
The old man's expression shifted, his brow furrowing with sudden displeasure. "Then why are you still sitting here?" he grumbled, casting a resentful look at his grandson. "Hurry up and bring your sister's notice for me to see! You really don't have any vision, far worse than your sister!"
Qi Anyang sighed dramatically, knowing the routine. "Hey, I know my sister is good at everything..." he muttered under his breath as he went to retrieve the dreaded document from his sister's bedroom. He found it in the bedside drawer – the admission notice for the prestigious Imperial Capital University. A pang of envy hit him as he looked at the country's top school.
"Here we come! What's the rush!" he called out, handing the notice to the old man.
Grandpa Qi's face initially beamed with pride as he flipped through the pages, beginning to lecture Qi Anyang about his sister's achievements. But his voice abruptly cut off. His eyes fixed on the major listed on the inner page, his face contorting with anger. His hand, holding the notice, trembled slightly.
Before anyone could react, he shot up, striding towards the stairs to the second floor. "Qi An'an, Qi An'an, come down!" he roared, slamming the living room door behind him.
