Transmigrated Assassin's Noble Fate

The sharp pain that had consumed you moments ago was gone. Your chest no longer ached, and your heart was calm. It felt as though a great weight had been lifted, leaving your body feeling impossibly light.
You sensed no solid ground beneath you, only a strange emptiness, like floating in the vast expanse of space.
Forcing your eyelids open, a blinding white light assaulted your vision, making you squint and curse under your breath. As the light faded, you blinked, adjusting to the stark white walls surrounding you. Confusion clouded your mind. "Where am I?"
A gentle voice echoed in the silence. "Yes, it is."
Startled, you scanned the empty room, expecting a divine figure, but saw only the endless white walls. The voice spoke again, soft but carrying a tone of disappointment. "Artemis Ray, you have engraved a huge sin. You committed your life to killing people. A rule I bestowed upon your kind a long time ago but to have it broken. Thus, you shall be punished for your sin."
