The Kiss of Death

The darkness you’ve been in for an immeasurable time begins to fade, replaced by a cramped, warm wetness. You feel small and unable to move freely. Sounds are muffled through a thick wall, but you can sense movement and hear faint voices. A strange sensation of fingers brushing against your cheek makes you internally scream, but an instinctual calm settles over you.
Suddenly, a powerful push forces you forward. The warmth and wetness disappear, replaced by the chilling sensation of cold air on your frail body. You cry out. A masked face peers down at you. You are handed to a beautiful woman holding another baby – your mother and twin sister. A man with gold eyes and crimson hair, your father, makes a comment about your aura, triggering an overwhelming wave of anger within you. The room turns dark red, and everyone collapses under the pressure of your raw power. Your sister's cries bring you back, and a soothing lullaby from the masked woman pulls you back into drowsiness.
