Haikyuu!! Setters: A Dominant Reader's Encounters

The noise of the school hallway was a familiar hum, but today, it was punctuated by the shouts of an argument. You rounded a corner just in time to see a third-year being thrown backward by the force of your fist. He crumpled with a scream, clutching his face as his friends scrambled to pull you away. A few weak kicks landed on your stomach before they rushed to help their bleeding friend, leaving you a moment to recover.
You coughed, pushing yourself up. They were distracted, giving you the chance you needed. But then, a glint of metal—a small blade—appeared in one of their hands. He swung it wildly, catching your side with a sharp sting. You cried out, but adrenaline surged. Grabbing his wrist, you twisted, forcing him to drop the weapon before he and his friends fled in a panic.
Leaving the scene behind, you found a secluded spot between two buildings. Lifting your shirt, you revealed the gash on your ribs, a thin line of red already staining your uniform. It hurt, but you knew it could have been worse. Pulling out your water bottle, you poured it over the wound, a futile attempt to stop the bleeding that only made you wince in disgust as the blood continued to seep out.
