Revelations

Revelations
Waking as a vampire after a brutal attack, Renie is thrown into a world she never wanted. Her sister is a rabid, her protector Edmond is imprisoned, and a fragile peace between humans and vampires is on the brink of collapse. Navigating a labyrinth of secrets and political intrigue, Renie must confront her new reality and fight to save those she cares about, whatever the cost.

The gnawing ache in your stomach is the first thing you register.

You drift in and out of awareness, flashes of memory piercing the darkness: Belle Morte, June, a knife, the snow, Edmond's voice.

When your eyes finally open, a crystal chandelier sparkles above you in a room you recognize – Edmond’s bedroom in the north wing.

Sitting up, you feel the terrible hunger, but also a strange new strength.

Then you see him. Edmond stands by the bed, looking like a dark angel, his eyes glittering with sadness.

“Because you’re a vampire, Renie. You can’t live in the donors’ wing anymore.” His words echo the horrifying truth you’ve begun to grasp.

You are dead. You are a vampire now. And everything has changed.
